Personal Interests: Sahi grew up in the Washington DC suburbs but went to the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) for undergrad, where she studied biomedical engineering. There, she gained a love for medicine and research, she attended the University of Virginia for medical school and completed her residency at the University of Maryland Medical Center. Her clinical and research interests within Cardiology include medical device research, advanced heart failure, and cardiac critical care. Personal interests include reading mystery/fantasy novels, running, hiking, and exploring new cities and restaurants with friends and family.

Personal Interests: Ashley grew up in Camp Hill, PA, and was excited to return closer to home for residency and now fellowship. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching sports (especially the Ravens!), staying active, and trying different restaurants in Philadelphia. She’s thrilled to be pursuing a career in cardiology to make a difference in patient's lives through prevention and attentive care!

Personal Interests: Cara grew up in West Philadelphia surrounded by her many siblings and cousins who lived around the corner. She only left Philadelphia briefly to go to Brown University in Providence Rhode Island, but then came right back to attend medical school and residency in the Philadelphia region. Her research interests have been in premature coronary artery disease, and she hopes to continue with this population during her fellowship and as a future Cardiologist. She also wishes to pursue work within the field of bioinformatics. In her free time, she likes to host dinner parties, lift kettlebells, read, and play with her two children.

Personal Interests: Morgan grew up in South Jersey right outside of Philadelphia. She attended undergrad at the University of Penn where she was a Division I gymnast before moving on to PCOM and Temple for her medical education and training. She met her future husband, a South Philly native, in medical school and has enjoyed having someone to share the burden of being a Philadelphia Sports Fan. When she isn’t watching sports, you can find her at the beach with her family or singing along to Broadway musicals.

Personal Interests: Jaya grew up in Duluth, GA, which is a suburb near Atlanta, for most of her life. After doing undergrad and medical school in Georgia, she decided to move to Philadelphia for a change of scenery for residency and loved it. She is excited for a career in cardiology and is looking forward to exploring the different areas of cardiology in fellowship. Research interests include quality improvement and smoking cessation to improve cardiovascular outcomes. She also has an interest in medical education. In her free time, she loves to dance, specifically to Bollywood music, try new restaurants, and spend time with her family and friends.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two dogs, traveling, exploring the city, and rooting for the Philadelphia Eagles.

Personal Interests: Arjun grew up in Bear, DE and attended the University of Delaware (Go Hens!) for college before moving to Philadelphia for medical school at Sidney Kimmel Medical College. He and his wife met while both attending medical school in Philly and just recently celebrated their wedding in Miami. He currently resides in Philadelphia and considers himself a Philadelphian through and through. While he ultimately remains open with his career goals, Arjun has a strong clinical interest in imaging, heart failure, and general cardiology. Personal interests include being a lifelong Philadelphia Eagles and 76ers fan, playing pickup basketball, traveling, and spending time with family and friends while exploring the diverse Philly food scene.

Research areas of interest include methods for the noninvasive estimation of right atrial pressure and sudden cardiac death screening. He lives in Philadelphia and enjoys exploring new parts of Philadelphia with his wife.

His wife is a local dermatology resident and they are expecting their first child in August 2022! He enjoys endurance sports like running, swimming, cycling and triathlon competition in his free time.

Professional Goals: I hope to pursue a career in interventional/structural cardiology, but I am very much so undecided currently and am excited to get meaningful experiences in fellowship!
Personal Interests: Kyle is currently am living across the country from his wife, May, who is completing her final year of dermatology residency at OHSU before joining him next year. In his spare time, he likes to exercise, play pickup basketball, watch TV, and spend time with his wife and their three year old dog, Georgia, who is a Cavachon (mix between Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and Bichon Frise).

Personal Interests: Daniel Ricketti grew up in southern New Jersey and has spent most of his professional life there. He completed residency at Cooper University where he served as both a third and fourth year chief resident. Professional interests have included public health and advocacy. He has served on multiple regional and national committees including the chair of the ACP-NJ resident committee, member of the AMA resident and fellow section committee of public health, and as an alternative delegate to the AMA House of Delegates. He currently resides in Cherry Hill, NJ. In his spare time he enjoys spending time outdoors by going hiking and camping.

Personal Interests: Naman has been a life-long Philadelphia native where he completed medical school and residency as well. He was awarded Outstanding Teaching Resident (PGY2) of the Year at Jefferson and continues to love medical education. His research interests include quality improvement, DOAC usage in CKD and ESRD, and atrial fibrillation. He hopes to pursue a career in either EP or advanced imaging. In his spare time, he likes to travel to national parks, go biking including peloton, and try the latest board game.

She currently lives in Philadelphia with her husband and 4 month old. Whenever she can she loves to travel (even with a baby!) and explore the Philly restaurant scene.
