Scholarly Tracks (Family Medicine)

Family Medicine allows a physician to practice the full scope of medicine from inpatient, to ambulatory care, to labor and delivery, and urgent/emergency care. Our core curriculum ensures that our residents will experience the full scope that family medicine has to offer. We understand that some residents desire high-volume focus on specific areas within family medicine. To ensure that every resident graduates with the experience they want, we have created concentration tracks. These tracks include selective rotations to get a higher-volume experience in specific areas. Residents also have the option of our “Self-Directed” or general family track, which allows them to choose their own adventure through residency. Our residents will choose a track during their first year.
